I give and devise my farm in Ellington known as the Sears Farm, consisting of about 130 acres and being a part of lot 50 in said town to the children of my son, Ira D. 1-bag, to wit: Jay Hoag; May Hoag; William Hoag; Ally Hoag; Herbert Hoag; Leonard Hoag; and Victory Hoag, and such children as may be born to my son Ira D. I-bag to he equally divided between them share and share alike, hut that no such division of the above mentioned farm shall he made during the life time of my son Ira D. Hoag and I hereby will and order that my son Ira D. Hoag shall have his support and maintenance during his life time out of, or from the income or proceeds of said farm. I also will and order that my son Ira D. Hoag shall have the management and control of said farm during the term of his natural life. Provided always that the said Ira D. Hoag shall remain upon and himself occupy the said farm, but and if from any cause the said Ira D. Hoag shall leave, desert, or become dispossed of the use occupancy or possession of said farm, then and in that case I will and order that the children above mentioned by their guardians or otherwise shall take full possession of the said farm and shall out of the proceeds of said farm support and maintain the said Ira D. Hoag, but only to the extent of said proceeds of and provided further that iii case of the death of my son Ira D. Hoag before his youngest living child shall become of the age of twenty one (21) years, then and in that case I will and order that said farm he kept in tact and not divided until said youngest child shall be and become of flue age of twenty one years.
I give and bequeath the sum of One hundred dollars to each of the following named persons to wit: James Aldrich, Ray Aldrich, Ralph Aldrich, and Katie Aldrich, children of my daughter, Hannah Aldrich. The said sum of One hundred dollars to he paid to each of said children when they shall have become of the age of twenty four years, and shall he paid out of, or from the proceeds of my personal estate, hut and if either or any of the said children shall not live to be of the age of twenty four years, then and in that case I will and order that the One hundred dollars as above mentioned, shall revert hack to my estate.
I give and bequeath to my son Eugene Hoag all sums of money or other indebtedness due me from him the said Eugene Hoag the first day of January in the year one thiousand eight hundred and ninety, supposed to he about six hundred dollars.
I give and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my property both real and personal that I may in seized of, possessed, or in any manner entitled to, to be equally divided between the above mentioned children of Ira D. Hoag. and I hereby appoint the said Ira D. Hoag trustee of said property for and in behalf of said children, the said Ira D. Hoag as such trustee to fill control and possession of said property until said children shall be and become of the age of twenty one years.
I make constitute and appoint the above mentioned, Ira D. Hoag to be sole executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
